Developed on the track in conjunction with Randy Pobst, the 2021+ Tesla Model S Plaid and LR (Long Range) 3-way adjustable sway bars are an easily felt upgrade for the Model S Plaid’s handling. Immediately after installation, you will experience improved chassis balance and tracking, resulting in less body roll and improved handling. No two drivers are the same and because driving styles and driving scenarios vary we feel it is important to have the rapid flexibility to tune handling performance to each driver’s preferences for chassis balance and suspension tuning.
The Unplugged Performance sway bars are developed with three easy adjustments on each sway bar for adjustability and dynamic results in mind. Improved high-performance polyurethane bushings included. This product has been used on our Laguna Seca record-setting Model S Plaid, which also competed and won it’s exhibition class at the 2021 Pikes Peak International Hillclimb. It’s safe to say that this part was fine tuned in some of the most difficult conditions we could put our race car in, resulting in a true tried & tested aftermarket addition for every 2021+ Tesla Model S application.
We offer a 30-day 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee on all of our suspension products. Driving is believing.

What a difference this sway bar made to my Model S Plaid. This helps correct the body roll the car has from the factory. I have much more confidence taking turns at a higher speed, and freeway on-ramps have become extremely fun. I would highly recommend upgrading your sway bar in the Model S!

The Plaid is a hefty car, and this is particularly felt at bends.
This simple upgrade makes a welcome improvement in maneuvering the vehicle. It gives a greater sense of control.

This has been one of the best upgrades Ive made to my Plaid. Really makes the car much more stable at high speed, corners better, and there is no loss in comfort even in the stiffest setting.. Very happy with this bar!

I installed this sway bar today. I was shocked by the outcome in terms of handling. It feels almost playful in the corners now, where as before it felt like it was exclusively about straight lines and that corners were sort of something to get through. It’s on a medium setting, and I think if I had a lot of potholes/etc. in my area I would use a light setting, but I immediately noticed that the car wanted to turn in a lot more, the steering feels much nicer, you can feel your connection to the road better, but I also noticed significant higher confidence in all the turns. I felt much more confident carrying speed into corners and felt I was able to actually use all the traction that this car comes with. The car feels much more balanced and actually feels like a performance vehicle with more corner carving potential. Downsides? Because a stiffer rear sway bar connects your back two wheels more, you will want to go over speed bumps etc. a bit slower, no doubt. You also feel the road a bit more, I think, but I am riding on 21 inch arachnids and that is not ideal. That said, I am on the medium setting, which you could set to low to reduce that and I am loving the balance of the car. I imagine the high setting could be even better. Really incredible performance and fun to cost ratio, highly recommended for those who like to drive!

Purchased the sway bar for my plaid about a year ago after hearing good things about it on the Tesla forum. Unfortunately, I got super busy and I didn’t get a chance to install it until recently. Very happy with the purchase and there’s a very noticeable improvement in handling. The car also seems more solid on the highway at higher speeds. I’ve never been to a track and I’m not really interested due to time. I just wanted an inexpensive way to improve the steering of the car and that’s what I got. I installed myself in a few hours. Cheers
