Enduro Oil Cooler Install Guide

PREPARE ENDURO OIL COOLER
Begin by removing 5 4mm allen bolts that secure the top of the oil cooler. (Figure- 1) Next take out the filter and separate filter from mounting section. (Figure- 2)
INSTALLING ENDURO OIL COOLER
Begin by removing the factory oil filter by using an oil filter removal tool.
Have something to catch the oil as it will come out of the filter and drive unit. (Figure- 3)
Next, take the portion of the oil cooler that has the 22mm nut and place that inside of the oil cooler along with a 22mm socket and the 5in extension (3in for front unit). (Figure- 4)
Orient the cooler so that the reduced fins are pointing towards the axel. (Figure- 5)
Tighten the 22mm nut to 28nm.
Press the filter into place ensuring it is secure and reinstall the front plate with the 5 4mm allen bolts. (Figure- 6)
REFILLING THE DRIVE UNIT
Begin by locating the fill port, it is a gold color and to the left of the OEM oil filter location. (Figure- 7)
Remove the plug using an 8mm allen socket.
Once removed, use your fluid transfer pump to begin refilling drive unit until oil comes out of the fill port.
Once the oil stops coming out of the fill port. (Figure- 8)
