Yes! You definitely can. It is very common in the automotive enthusiast market to use wheel spacers to improve the aesthetics of their vehicle, but also to increase the overall track width of the vehicle, which in turn can improve overall vehicle stability. The potential drawbacks of choosing spacers over aftermarket wheels with a different offset are that you will be adding unsprung rotational weight to each wheel, and possibly adding additional points of failure if a studded spacer is used.
