Q: Can I use spacers instead of different wheels?
Yes! You definitely can. It is very common in the automotive enthusiast market to use wheel spacers to improve the aesthetics of their vehicle, but also to increase the overall track width of the vehicle, which in turn can improve overall vehicle stability. The potential drawbacks of choosing spacers over aftermarket wheels with a different offset are that you will be adding unsprung rotational weight to each wheel, and possibly adding additional points of failure if a studded spacer is used. My Model Y now handles so much better after adding these sway bars! What a great bang for your buck upgrade- really made a huge difference. Never loved how the Model Y handled in corners (especially the newer suspension on the 2022) and this solved the problem. Car stays so much flatter in corners...

After using the fascia for over two years, this feels like a must-have Tesla upgrade. The stock Model 3 just doesn’t look the same anymore. I rate 4/5 stars since epoxy would be better than double-sided tape to secure the ultrasonic sensors.
