Tesla Model S & Model X Hubcentric Wheel Spacers – 20mm

Dial in the perfect stance on your Tesla Model S or Model X with 20mm Unplugged Performance Hubcentric Wheel Spacers. Forged from 6061-T6 aluminum and machined to factory-precise tolerances, these spacers push your wheels outward toward the fender for a wider, more planted look. Most owners run them on the rear, where the factory setup tends to sit tucked, to level out the stance and fill the arches. Fully hubcentric to every Model S and Model X year and trim, with no impact on Full Self Driving.
- Hubcentric design for all Model S & Model X years and trims
- 20mm thickness for a flush, aggressive stance
- Forged 6061-T6 aluminum
- Bolt pattern 5×120 (PCD), center bore 64.1mm, thread M14x1.5
- Does not interfere with Full Self Driving or vehicle sensors
Note: While spacers can also be run up front for a more aggressive look, on Model S and Model X this may cause the tire to rub the fender liner under certain steering angles or suspension travel, and repeated contact can wear through the liner over time. It is advised that front applications should be carefully checked for clearance before installing.

Drive Better. Look Better. Feel the Difference.
If you’ve ever looked at your Model S or Model X and felt the wheels sit a little too far inside the fender, you’re not alone. It’s one of the most common things owners want to fix because that slightly tucked, “not quite flush” look, especially at the rear, doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing. Our 20mm Hubcentric Wheel Spacers are the simplest, most effective way to close that gap and give your Tesla the confident, planted stance it deserves.
Why the Rear Usually Needs It
On both the Model S and Model X, it’s typically the rear that benefits most from spacing. The factory rear offset tends to leave the wheels sitting further in than the fronts, which can make the car look a touch narrow from behind. Adding a 20mm spacer at the rear pushes the wheels out toward the arch, evening out the stance front-to-rear and giving you that flush, purposeful look that photographs beautifully and looks even better in person. Many owners run them on the rear only, while others go all four to widen the whole footprint.
Engineered for Every Model S & Model X
These aren’t generic spacers. Each one is CNC-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum — the same grade we use across our performance lineup. Forging (rather than casting like cheaper options) makes the material denser, stronger, and far more reliable under load.
Every spacer is fully hub-centric, meaning it’s centered exactly like the factory hub.
They’re precisely matched to Tesla’s Model S and Model X specifications:
- Bolt pattern: 5×120 (PCD)
- Center bore: 64.1mm
- Thread: M14x1.5
- Thickness: 20mm
They fit all Model S and Model X years and trims (including Long Range, Plaid, + other trims).
It Won’t Interfere With Full Self Driving
A common worry: “Will spacers mess with my sensors or FSD?” The answer is no. Wheel spacers only change how far your wheels sit from the hub, they don’t touch the cameras, radar, or the software that powers Autopilot and Full Self Driving. Your driver-assistance features continue to work exactly as they did from the factory.
An Honest Note on Range
Widening your track width does come with one small trade-off: a slight reduction in range. Pushing the wheels outward increases the vehicle’s frontal footprint and aerodynamic drag ever so slightly, so you may see a very minor dip in efficiency. For the vast majority of owners, the difference is negligible and well worth it for the dramatically improved look and stance.
If you love the way a properly filled fender looks, this is an easy call.
AN HONEST NOTE ON FRONT FITMENT
Running 20mm spacers up front can sharpen the stance even further, but on Model S and Model X it comes with a real trade-off: depending on your specific wheel and tire setup, steering angle, and suspension travel, the tire can make contact with the fender liner. In some cases this is minor and only happens at full steering lock; in others, sustained rubbing can wear through the liner over time. This isn’t the case for every setup, but it’s common enough that we want you to know before you buy. If you’re set on running spacers up front, check clearance carefully at full lock and full compression, and keep an eye on the liner after installation.
Clearing Up the Misconceptions
Wheel spacers have an unfair reputation in some corners of the internet, and most of it simply isn’t true.
When properly engineered, installed, and torqued, hub-centric forged spacers deliver a secure, vibration-free fit that maintains factory-level confidence. Most spacer-related issues come from low-quality cast materials, non-hub-centric designs, or incorrect installation.
Quality wheel spacers are widely used in motorsports and professional vehicle builds to fine-tune track width, improve fitment, clear larger brake packages, and achieve the exact stance a vehicle requires. If spacers were inherently unsafe, they would not be trusted on vehicles engineered to perform at the highest level.
Designed specifically for proper fitment, these forged hub-centric spacers provide a proven and reliable way to enhance your vehicle’s stance without compromising performance.
Complete the Stance
Close the wheel gap, create a more balanced appearance between the front and rear, and give your Model S or Model X a wider, more aggressive stance. These 20mm hub-centric spacers deliver a flush, purposeful fit while maintaining full compatibility with Full Self-Driving.
It is a simple upgrade that makes an immediate visual impact.

Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.
This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.
To file a warranty claim, simply contact our service team. We’ll guide you through inspection, shipping (if needed), and repair or replacement logistics. transparencia and top-tier support are what you can expect from Unplugged.
Will installing Unplugged Performance parts void my Tesla warranty?
Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.Â
What are the shipping options and times?
Unplugged Performance processes orders quickly, typically within 1–2 business days after placement. For U.S. customers, orders under $50 usually ship via FedEx SmartPost with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days. Larger items like body kits or bumpers may ship via freight carriers with curbside delivery; customers will be contacted to schedule a delivery window. International shipping is available to most countries, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times abroad vary, generally ranging from 5 to 16 business days depending on destination. Import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. To ensure a smooth shipping experience, provide accurate contact information during checkout.
