Tesla Roadster – UP-03 Forged Wheels
The UP-03 is Unplugged Performance’s track-proven weapon, battle-tested from Laguna Seca to Pikes Peak. Forged from aerospace-grade aluminum and wildly overbuilt with a 900 kg load rating per wheel, it is engineered for the incoming Tesla Roadster’s immense torque and speed. Lightweight where it counts, indestructible where it matters, and built to outlast the car.

Product Details
The upcoming Tesla Roadster is engineered to accelerate, brake, and corner with a ferocity no production car has delivered before. That kind of capability needs a wheel that has already proven itself in the real world, under punishment, against the clock. That wheel is the UP-03.
The UP-03 did not earn its reputation in a design studio. It earned it on the ground, at the limit. From the asphalt of Laguna Seca to the thin air of Pikes Peak, from the heat of Death Valley to the Australian Outback and the frozen edge of the roads, the UP-03 has been subjected to the harshest environments on earth and come back intact. It is a wheel defined by what it can survive, and that pedigree is exactly what a car like the Roadster demands.
Unplugged Performance builds the UP-03 from forged 6061-T6 aluminum, a process that produces a structure far stronger than cast or machined alternatives at a fraction of the weight. The result is a wheel that is wildly overbuilt, carrying a load rating of 900 kg, or 1,984 lbs, per corner. That margin is not marketing. It is the engineering headroom required to handle the brutal, instantaneous torque of an electric drivetrain and the enormous loads generated under maximum acceleration and heavy braking, lap after lap, launch after launch.
Everything about the UP-03 is purpose-engineered rather than generic. In a wheel market full of copy-cat designs recycled across any car on the road, the UP-03 was created specifically for the unique demands of a Tesla: the weight, the instant acceleration, and the fine details that matter, including correct brake clearance and proper TPMS and lug fitment. For the Roadster, that Tesla-first philosophy carries directly over, delivering a wheel that fits, clears, and performs exactly as it should.
A knurled barrel is machined into each wheel, creating a textured bead surface that grips the tire and reduces the chance of it slipping during drag launches and aggressive track driving. When a car can deliver the kind of standing-start acceleration the Roadster promises, that detail becomes essential to putting power down cleanly and consistently.
The UP-03 is also engineered to be light without ever being fragile. Could it be made lighter still? Yes, but only by sacrificing durability, and that is a trade Unplugged Performance refuses to make.
For the driver who intends to use the Roadster the way it was built to be used, hard, fast, and often, the UP-03 is the answer. It reduces rotating mass to sharpen acceleration and braking, it withstands abuse that destroys lesser wheels, and it carries a motorsport resume no imitation can match. For Tesla’s most extreme car, the UP-03 is the track-proven wheel engineered to keep up.

What does the Unplugged Performance product warranty cover?
Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.
This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.
To file a warranty claim, simply contact our service team. We’ll guide you through inspection, shipping (if needed), and repair or replacement logistics. transparencia and top-tier support are what you can expect from Unplugged.
Will installing Unplugged Performance parts void my Tesla warranty?
Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.
What are the shipping options and times?
