Tesla Model S, 3, X, Y – UP-04 Lightweight Forged Wheels (Single Wheel)

In our never-ending pursuit of efficiency through weight savings, we have developed an extremely lightweight wheel option, designed specifically for Tesla vehicles. Produced in aerospace-grade forged aluminum for maximum weight savings and strength to handle the instantaneous torque of a Tesla and the load of a heavier vehicle, the Unplugged Performance UP-04 wheels are the product of a massive amount of R&D. Every application is FEA analyzed to optimize for strength to weight ratio for the intended use case. For this reason, our wheels are uniquely engineered specifically for the Tesla application ordered, and nothing else.

Every set is made custom to spec and machined out of solid billet forgings in the USA. Orders typically take 4-8 weeks to process.

UP-04 Wheel Applications include:

• • Model S 2021+ Range: All Variants, including Model S and Model S Plaid
  • Model S 2012-2020 range: All Variants, including 40, 60, 60D, 70D, 75D, 85, P85, P85D, 90D, P90D, P100D
  • Model 3 range: All Variants, including rear-wheel drive (standard and long-range); dual motor (standard, Performance, and Performance Upgrade Package)
  • Model X 2021+ range: All Variants, including Model X and Model X Plaid
  • Model X range: All Variants, including 60D, 75D, 90D, P90D, P100D
  • Model Y range: All Variants including Model Y Performance and Model Y Dual-Motor
•   Produced in lightweight forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade APP forgings for superior strength:
  o   19″ applications start at 19lbs  (+-1lb) per wheel
  o   20″ applications start at 20lbs per wheel (20×10.5 shown is 21.0lbs)
  o   21″ applications start at 21lbs  (+-1lb) per wheel
• Available with Optional anti-slip knurling, an F1 race car technology. (Available in 19” and 20” applications only)
  Offered in sizes that can accept factory Tesla tire sizes to eliminate the need for new tires, or in wider sizes to accept new wider tires
• Designed to accept Model S standard factory sized tires as well as a wide variety of aftermarket tire options.
• Accepts all Tesla factory components: Center Caps, TPMS adapters, Tesla lug nuts and correct Tesla center bore
