When we first introduced the UP-RW Road Warrior for the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, our goal was simple: build a wheel that solves real problems for real owners. But the Cybertruck is not a Model 3 or a Model Y. It is heavier, more powerful, more utilitarian, and more extreme in every measurable way. And so, the Road Warrior needed to evolve.
Today, we are proud to introduce the UP Forged UP-RW Cyber Road Warrior, a forged 20-inch wheel engineered specifically for the Cybertruck’s mass, torque, and mission profile.
Why the Cyber Road Warrior Exists
When Tesla designed the Cybertruck, they created a platform unlike any other: part daily driver, part utility vehicle, part apocalypse surviving mobile. Owners will use their Cybertrucks for everything from hauling groceries to building out full adventure rigs. But one universal truth remains: the Cybertruck is heavy.
Factory wheels are cast, meaning they are poured into a mold. Cast wheels work for everyday consumer vehicles, but they come with unavoidable weaknesses (e.g air pockets, brittleness under extreme loads, and lower resistance to potholes, off-road hits, or towing stress).
The UP-RW Cyber Road Warrior solves that problem by stepping into a different category entirely: fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum, created under extreme pressure to compress and strengthen the metal on a molecular level. The result is a wheel with a 1450kg load rating and just dramatically stronger than stock Cybertruck wheels.
Aero Intelligence Carried Into the Cyber Era
Truth be told, the UP-RW for Model 3 and Model Y wasn’t just strong, it was aerodynamic. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) testing showed it matched or beat Tesla’s most efficient wheels, and real-world tests confirmed those results. We have the proof:

So when we designed the Cyber Road Warrior, we kept the same goal: deliver forged strength while maintaining or improving efficiency.
To validate our design, we took three identical Cybertruck Dual Motor Long Range vehicles to the High Desert in Southern California(same tires, same pressures, same loads, same battery state).
The only difference was the wheel:
- Truck 1: Foundation Series Cyberwheel (Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT – 285/65R20)
- Truck 2: Core Wheel (Tesla’s most efficient wheel – Pirelli Scorpion ATR – 285/65R20)
- Truck 3: UP-RW Cyber Road Warrior (Pirelli Scorpion ATR Tires – 285/65R20)
Over a full out-and-back route from Victorville to Yermo and back, the numbers told a clear story: the Cyber Road Warrior performed just as efficiently as Tesla’s Core Wheel and slightly better than the Cyberwheel.
That means Cybertruck owners can finally upgrade to a forged wheel without taking a range penalty. In some conditions, depending on terrain and driving style, range may even improve.
