Yes. Remove the small factory retention screw from each hub before mounting the UP-RW FF. It’s a factory assembly aid, and if it stays in place it can stop the wheel from seating completely flat against the hub face, which affects how evenly the wheel torques down. Don’t throw the screws away, though. Keep them somewhere safe, because you’ll want them if you ever go back to your stock wheels or change to another wheel setup later.
