15mm Hex Bolts: 45 ft/ lbs

Furthermore, I understand and agree Unplugged Performance does not have any knowledge or control of regulations in my local jurisdiction, and it is up to me to determine if the product is acceptable for use with my vehicle.
• I understand that Unplugged Performance has done testing of this product on road and on closed racetracks but does not have the ability to test the vehicle for localized standards and regulations.
• I understand and agree that if the vehicle manufacturer determines that any Unplugged Performance products have contributed to a problem with the vehicle it may affect the vehicle’s warranty. Furthermore, I understand and agree that Unplugged Performance has no duty nor ability to be involved in internal manufacturer decisions.
• I understand and agree that if this product is given to an installer for installation on my vehicle, I have read and agreed with all the previous, even if I am not personally installing these parts on my vehicle. Furthermore, I understand and agree that this product should be installed by a trained professional that is familiar with both the vehicle as well as this product. Furthermore, I understand and agree that I and/or my chosen installer will follow the installation instructions carefully and dutifully test the vehicle post-installation in a safe and controlled environment to ensure proper operation.
• I understand and agree that by installing this product Unplugged Performance and all associated persons and entities as well as the vehicle manufacturer and all associated entities must be held harmless in the event of any suit, damages, or other legal action. First, carefully remove the front and rear fender flares to gain access to factory fasteners. Be sure to detach the side camera cable assembly from the flare to prevent damages.

Using a clip removal tool, remove all clips on the front and rear fender liner that secure the liners to the factory rocker panel.

Using a 10mm socket, remove each bolt on either end of the OEM side skirt.

Using a 10mm socket, remove all 5 bolts securing the bottom of the OEM side skirt to the vehicle.

Next, disconnect all 12 push clips by swiftly pulling the factory rocker panel away from the vehicle.

Using a 10mm socket, remove the 3 bolts that secure each front and rear plastic inserts to the vehicle. (6 bolts in total.)

Once all bolts have been removed, the inserts can be pulled away from the vehicle.

Using a 15mm socket, remove the 8 bolts that secure the pinch seams underneath the vehicle.

Identify the specific rock slider for the side of the vehicle currently being worked on.

Next, you will slide the Unplugged Performance side skirt into position. The top of the side skirt will rest on the top of the pinch seams while.

Once the Rock Slider is resting on the factory rail, check for proper alignment by verifying that each 10mm bolt slot line up with the mounting points on the chassis as shown below.

Next, verify that all 15mm bolts line up with the mounting points on the bottom of the chassis as shown below.

Using a 10mm socket, reinstall 1 factory bolt on each end of the side skirt near the bottom of the wheel arches. *DO NOT APPLY FINAL TORQUE*

Using a 15mm socket, reinstall the 8 factory bolts to secure the bottom of the Unplugged Performance Rock Slider to the vehicle. *DO NOT APPLY FINAL TORQUE*

Using an Allen key, install the 1 provided screw on each end of the side skirt to secure the fender liner to the rock slider. *DO NOT APPLY FINAL TORQUE*

Next, install remaining factory push clips to secure the fender liner to the rock slider. Torque to 8 ft/lbs.

Using a 10mm socket, apply final torque to the upper factory bolt on each end of the rock slider.

10mm Hex Bolts: 8 ft/lbs

Next, using a 15mm socket, apply final torque to the 8 bolts securing the bottom of the rock slider to the vehicle.

15mm Hex Bolts: 45 ft/ lbs

Congratulations! Your Rock Slider installation is complete!
