This Street Performance package is the focused, street-oriented set built around the rear sway bar, air lowering, and rear camber correction. The Stage 2 Street and Track Handling Kit goes further, adding a front sway bar, FUCA front camber arms, and a GT rear strut brace for track-capable roll and chassis control. Choose this package for a cleaner stance and better street manners; step up to Stage 2 if you also want serious track capability.

There can be. Because of Tesla’s factory software calibration variances, some cars show a visual Suspension may not be level warning after the lowering kit is installed. That visual-only message does not affect drivability and many owners accept it. However, if your car also sounds an audible chime with the warning, we recommend uninstalling and returning the kit, since that condition may not resolve. There is no way to know compatibility before installing.

A capable owner with the right tools and a lift can fit these bolt-on parts, and the lowering kit brackets are designed to be straightforward. You keep the factory ride-height adjustability and simply lower the baseline. That is the appeal over swapping to coilovers: you get a lower, better-handling Model S while keeping the convenience of the factory air suspension.

Installing it does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Tesla must show that an aftermarket part caused a specific failure to deny a claim, so keep your factory parts in case you revert. Note the possible software-related suspension warning covered above is a known calibration quirk, not damage, and the package is designed to be uninstalled and returned if your car reacts poorly.

Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty.
