Exclusively available to UP Rewards Program members, users can redeem their UP Points for an elite, full-spectrum detailing service that goes far beyond the surface—designed to restore, protect, and elevate your car to its absolute best.
Our process begins with a Full Car Pre-Rinse, where we gently loosen and remove loose dirt and grime using pressurized water, preventing swirl marks and scratches during the wash phase. This is followed by a Foam Wipe-Down, where thick foam is applied to encapsulate contaminants. Our technicians hand-wipe the vehicle with microfiber mitts to gently lift away embedded debris without compromising the car’s finish.
A key part of the process is Full Iron Decontamination—a chemical treatment that dissolves embedded iron particles (such as brake dust and rail dust) from your paint, ensuring a truly clean surface. This is followed by Bug, Grime, & Tar Decontamination, where specialized solvents and tools are used to safely remove stubborn contaminants.”
Next, we conduct a Complete SiO₂ Hand Wash, using advanced silica-infused solutions that clean while laying down a protective, hydrophobic layer. This step not only enhances the shine but also improves resistance against water spots and environmental contaminants.
Your wheels receive equal attention especially if you’re riding on some UP Forged wheels. This detail includes a Complete Wheel Cleaning, including the often-overlooked inner barrels. Brake dust, dirt, and grease are thoroughly removed for a spotless finish. We also clean all Door Jambs and Shuts, leaving no trace of dust or oil residue behind.
Inside the cabin, we provide a full Interior Vacuum, Dusting, and Remoisturizing of surfaces to restore a fresh, clean feel. Plastics and leathers are treated to maintain their suppleness and rich appearance. We also apply an Odor Neutralizing Spray, targeting and eliminating unpleasant smells at the molecular level rather than just masking them.
Interior and Exterior Glass Cleaning ensures crystal-clear visibility, while Tire Cleaning and Dressing restores a deep black luster to your sidewalls using a non-sling, UV-protective tire shine.

What does the Unplugged Performance product warranty cover?
Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.
This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.

Will Tesla void my warranty if I install aftermarket parts?
A vehicle’s comprehensive warranty as a whole may not be voided due to use of aftermarket parts per the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts). However, a manufacturer may require a customer to pay for parts and labor for a repair if there is direct causation between a customer’s alteration and the product or service repair being requested. It is in both manufacturer and customer’s interest to follow logic and reason so that the system of good faith is not abused.
