This Heavy-Duty Armor Exterior System is the full-perimeter build: HD front and rear bumpers, bull bar, carbon fiber hood system, underbody armor, rock sliders, MOLLE panels, HD roof rack, and a dual light bar package in one bundle. It covers front, sides, underbody, and rear as a single armor system, and it costs less than buying every piece on its own. This is the top of the UP INVINCIBLE® line for the truck.

The steel components are built primarily from A36 steel with stainless where it counts, using material thicknesses tuned from 1/16 inch to 1/4 inch and beyond depending on the job each part does. Underbody armor uses ribbed, multi-piece A36 and 304 stainless plates. The carbon hood system is prepreg dry carbon with Kevlar reinforcement. Heavier steel goes in load-bearing structure, thinner steel in panels that just need to look right.

Yes. Every piece is designed around the factory systems: the bumpers preserve camera sightlines, the rear swing arms are shaped to protect rearview visibility, and frunk access stays intact. The bumpers and bull bar are chassis-mounted and reversible, so you can return the truck to stock. Sensors, lighting, and the Tesla UI keep functioning as designed.

Three systems. Twin high-output 11-inch LED flood lights recess into the HD front bumper for low, close punch, the bull bar carries an integrated LED bar at grille height, and the roof gets the UP INVINCIBLE® 50-inch Double-Row bar with 96 LEDs and up to 38,400 raw lumens. All of it runs through Tesla’s native 48V system, so no separate voltage converters are needed.

You pick gloss or satin carbon at checkout. Gloss gives a high-contrast, exotic supertruck look that shows the weave. Satin reads stealthier and more tactical. Both are the same prepreg dry carbon construction with Kevlar backing and the same integrated inlet and exit ducting that keeps the 50-inch curved light bar within safe operating temperatures.

Both, and that’s the point of buying it as a system. On the street you get an armored, wider stance with cohesive design front to back. Off-road you get chassis-mounted recovery and hi-lift jack points, better approach and departure angles, plus underbody protection and serious forward lighting. If you want to add wider rubber to match, the CYBRHEX HD forged wheels suit the look.

The rear swing arms carry MOLLE panels and swing outward for fast bed access, so you can mount jerry cans, recovery boards, tools, or a spare tire without blocking the hitch or camera. The Side Sail MOLLE panels turn the upper bed edges into mountable surface, and the four-rail roof rack gives a flat plane for a roof tent or cargo boxes. Weight stays low and centered where you want it.

Buy this if you already know you want the complete armored overland build, because bundling saves money and labor versus adding pieces over months. Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla coverage. Federal law, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, puts the burden on Tesla to link a specific UP component to a specific failure before it can deny that repair. Because this is a large steel build, we suggest keeping your factory bumpers and panels boxed so the truck can return to stock later. This is a large, multi-part system, so professional installation with proper post-install inspection makes sense for most owners rather than tackling every bumper and the underbody armor at home.

Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.

This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.

Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.
