The bull bar is a front guard that can sit on top of your existing bumper, factory or UP. The HD Front Bumper replaces the plastic fascia entirely with steel and improves approach angle. If you want the strongest front-end setup, run both: the steel bumper for the fascia and structure, the bull bar for the wrap-around guard and mounting point for lights or a winch.

You can decide later. Both the 32-inch LED light bar and the winch can be included in the initial purchase or added at a later date, and each can be purchased individually to attach to the bumper system down the road. That modularity lets you buy the base bull bar now and grow into lighting and recovery as your budget and off-road plans develop.

It works with either. The modular Bull Bar can pair with the UP INVINCIBLE® HD Front Bumper or the Tesla factory front bumper, using a mounting base for the OEM bumper. Thicknesses range from 1/4 inch down to 1/16 inch: internal reinforcement structures use thick 1/4-inch steel, exposed sections use just over 1/8-inch (gauge 10), and non-load-bearing aesthetic elements drop to 1/16-inch to save weight for range. The chassis anchoring uses machined components up to 1/2 inch for a secure attachment.

The UP 32-inch High-Output LED Light Bar has 30 individual LEDs in a combo pattern and provides 1130 yards of visibility. It recesses neatly inside the top bar of the bull bar, so it’s integrated rather than bolted on top. You can include it in the initial purchase or add it later. If you want more reach up top, the roof-mounted 50-inch Double Row LED Light Bar throws over 3000 feet from the rack.

Yes. The Bull Bar is winch-compatible, and the winch is an optional add-on that adds self-recovery capability, letting you pull yourself out of a rut or drag debris from your path. Like the light bar, the winch can be included up front or added at a later date. There’s also an optional steel mesh grille add-on if you want more front-end coverage and a more aggressive look.

No. It’s designed to not interfere with the factory frunk, camera system, headlights, fog lights, or turn signals, and it retains that functionality while wrapping the front for protection. Mounted to the chassis, it keeps those systems clear by design. Do note that adding steel to the front can change what the cameras see, so attentive driving with driver-assist features and a post-install check are wise.

A bull bar shields the front end. The UP INVINCIBLE® HD Front Bull Bar wraps around the front and to the sides for maximum protection of the body, headlights, and fog lights, mounting directly to the chassis. It’s built from high-strength carbon steel with a satin black coating, and it’s modular and winch-compatible. Think of it as a hardcore front guard that also opens the door to lighting and recovery add-ons.

Installing the bull bar doesn’t automatically void your Tesla warranty. Magnuson-Moss puts the burden on a dealer to demonstrate that this particular part caused the failure being claimed. Because it mounts to the chassis and reverses to factory spec, you can return the truck to stock. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.

This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.

Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.
