Built around the forged UP-RW Cyber Road Warrior wheel, this complete bundle pairs our most durable and range-validated wheel design with carefully selected 285/65R20 tire options that we have tested extensively in real-world use.

At the heart of the package is the UP-RW Cyber Road Warrior wheel in a 20×9 +45 specification. Unlike the cast factory wheels supplied on the Tesla Cybertruck, the UP-RW is fully forged from 6061-T6 aluminum. Forging compresses the aluminum grain structure under extreme pressure, producing a wheel that is dramatically stronger and more fatigue-resistant than any cast alternative. With a massive 1450 kg load rating per wheel, the UP-RW is engineered to handle the Cybertruck’s weight, torque, towing demands, and off-road impacts with confidence.

Despite its strength, the UP-RW remains impressively light at just 31.9 pounds. Reducing unsprung mass improves ride quality, steering response, and efficiency, all of which matter on a heavy electric truck. This balance of strength and weight is what allows the UP-RW to deliver durability without introducing unnecessary penalties in daily driving.

A defining feature of the Road Warrior platform is the replaceable outer ring. This sacrificial aluminum ring is designed to absorb curb rash and cosmetic damage before the wheel itself is affected. If damaged, the ring can be replaced independently, protecting your investment and significantly reducing long-term ownership costs. For a vehicle that is driven daily, parked in tight spaces, and occasionally taken off road, this feature provides real peace of mind.

Efficiency was a core design target from day one. The UP-RW uses a flat-face aerodynamic profile inspired by Tesla’s own aero philosophy, but executed in a forged aluminum structure rather than a plastic cover.

With three identical Cybertrucks demonstrated that the UP-RW performs on par with Tesla’s most efficient factory Core Wheel and slightly better than the Cyberwheel over a controlled out-and-back route. This means Cybertruck owners can upgrade to a forged wheel without sacrificing range, and in some conditions may even see efficiency improvements depending on driving style and tire choice.

To complete the package, we offer multiple 285/65R20 tire options that have been validated through internal testing and customer builds across different wheel platforms.
