THIS PRODUCT IS CURRENTLY PART OF THE UP REWARD PROGRAM FOR A LIMITED TIME. REGISTERED MEMBERS CAN REDEEM UP POINTS TOWARDS THIS & OTHER SELECT PRODUCTS.

The Tesla Cybertruck Starlink Mount is built for off-grid travel and on-the-road internet access, giving Cybertruck owners a secure, drive-ready way to mount a Starlink dish for overlanding, remote work, camping, and road trips. It supports multiple factory mounting locations, so you can run your dish off the bed rail L-Track or up on the roof applique, where your tonneau cover stays fully closed.

  • Fits the Cybertruck L-Track bed rail and Roof Applique mounting points
  • Note: mounted on the bed rail L-Track, the tonneau cover will not fully close. Choose a roof applique location if you need a fully sealed tonneau
  • Designed for drive-ready Starlink mounting and off-grid high-speed internet
  • Compatible with Starlink Gen 2, Gen 3, and Mini
  • Bracket and mounting hardware included only (extension pole shown for reference)
  • The roof applique mounting location requires Tesla’s Roof Applique for Crossbars if your Cybertruck was built without it

Fitment note: the roof applique mounting location uses the factory mounting points that are part of Tesla’s roof applique for crossbars. Some Cybertrucks now ship without that applique. If yours does not have it, install Tesla’s Cybertruck Roof Applique for Crossbars first, or mount to the bed rail L-Track instead.

Tesla Cybertruck UP INVINCIBLE® Starship Starlink Mount

The UP INVINCIBLE® Starship Starlink Mount brings Starship style to space-bound internet connectivity for your Cybertruck. The innovative design references SpaceX’s BFR itself, the mothership that’ll someday transport Cybertrucks to Mars. Functionality is the real story here as this mount is perfectly designed to directly bolt into the Cybertruck’s roof mounting systems, bed mounting systems, or to the Cybertruck’s L-Track system. Enjoy ease and versatility as you communicate to the stars and back.

CHOOSING YOUR CYBERTRUCK STARLINK MOUNT: L-TRACK vs. ROOF APPLIQUE

This Starlink mount is available in two distinct mounting configurations, each engineered to bolt directly into your Tesla Cybertruck’s factory mounting points. Understanding the difference between the L-Track mount and the Roof Applique mount will help you choose the best Cybertruck Starlink mounting solution for your overlanding, camping, or remote work setup.

L-Track Rail Mount

The L-Track Rail Mount is designed to attach directly to the Cybertruck’s built-in L-Track bed rail system (the slotted aluminum track that runs along the inside of the truck bed walls). This is the same factory L-Track system used to secure cargo, tie-downs, and accessories in the bed. Because of its dual compatibility, the L-Track mount can also be installed on any of the Cybertruck’s roof applique mounting points, giving you the freedom to position your Starlink dish on either the bed rails or the roofline.

One important thing to note: when the L-Track mount is installed on the bed rail L-Track, the tonneau cover will not be able to close completely. The mount creates a small opening where it passes through, so the tonneau will remain partially open in that area. If a fully sealed tonneau cover is a priority for your build, consider mounting the L-Track mount on the roof applique instead, or opt for the dedicated Roof Applique Mount.

Roof Applique Mount

The Roof Applique Mount is designed exclusively for the Cybertruck’s factory roof applique. The roof applique is the raised, textured trim piece that runs along each side of the Cybertruck’s roofline (it’s the side panel that sit on top of the edges). Tesla has engineered multiple pre-threaded mounting points into the roof applique from the factory, making it an ideal location for accessories like Starlink mounts, roof racks, and light bars.

The Roof Applique Mount can be installed in any of the available mounting points along the roof applique, so you can choose the position that works best for signal reception, aerodynamics, or your overall accessory layout. Because it mounts to the roofline rather than the bed, this option keeps your truck bed and tonneau cover completely unobstructed. You can also drive your Cybertruck with the Starlink still installed so you can stay connected throughout your road trip.

Roof Applique Requirement:

This mount is compatible with every Tesla Cybertruck. The roof applique mounting location uses the factory mounting points that are part of Tesla’s roof applique for crossbars. The L-Track bed rail location does not use those points.

Some Cybertrucks now ship from Tesla without the roof applique installed. If yours does not have it and you want the roof location, order Tesla’s Cybertruck Roof Applique for Crossbars and install it first. Once those mounting points are in place, the Starship Starlink Mount installs exactly as designed. Nothing about the UP hardware changes. The applique simply provides the factory mounting points our bracket bolts to.

How to check your truck: look along the roof line where the cab meets the sail panels. If the applique and its crossbar mounting points are there, you are ready to install. If that area is bare, order the Tesla applique first, or mount to the L-Track bed rail instead, keeping in mind that the tonneau cover will not fully close in that position.

Materials:

Our parts are crafted from a combination of materials, each carefully selected to leverage its unique strengths and benefits. Our accessory parts are made of combination of A36, 1010 and 1008 steel. A36 is primarily used, which is valued for its strength, toughness, and weldability. This combination ensures optimal performance and long-lasting reliability.

Material thicknesses:

Our Cybertruck accessories, including sail panels, roof racks, light bar mounts, Starlink mounts, bed storage, and roof tents, are built using steel ranging from 1/8 inch (gauge 10) to 1/16 inch (gauge 16). This range allows us to optimize each part for strength, durability, and weight.

By placing steel of different thicknesses in the right locations, we ensure each accessory is strong where it matters most while remaining lightweight for maximum efficiency. For example, thicker steel is used in load-bearing areas, while thinner steel is reserved for non-structural components to minimize unnecessary weight.

Finish:

All accessories are finished with a thick black powder coating to resist rust, scratches, and corrosion while delivering a rugged, sleek look that complements the Cybertruck’s design.

      Frequently Asked Questions - F.A.Q.
Everything you need to know about this product before you buy.

How is it finished for weather?

It gets the same thick black powder coating we use across our accessories, which holds off rust and corrosion while looking clean against the Cybertruck. A roof-mounted part takes constant sun and weather, so that coating is doing real work. It also keeps the mount visually consistent with other INVINCIBLE steel pieces.

Why buy this over a generic magnetic or suction Starlink mount?

Generic mounts rely on magnets or suction that can let go at highway speed or on washboard trails, and they don’t use the Cybertruck’s actual mounting hardware. This bracket bolts into the L-Track and roof applique points the truck already has, so it’s mechanically secure and made to travel. For a stainless truck where magnets don’t even grip, a bolt-in mount is the sensible route.

What’s the story behind the Starship name?

The design references SpaceX’s Starship, the vehicle meant to someday carry Cybertrucks to Mars, which is a fitting nod for a mount pointing a dish at the sky. It’s a styling touch on top of the real function. The engineering priority is still a clean, secure bolt-in to the factory roof applique and L-Track points.

Will this hold the dish steady while I’m driving?

That’s what it’s designed for. The mount is made for drive-ready Starlink use, so it keeps the dish secure at speed rather than only working while parked. For off-grid travel where you want connectivity as you move between spots, that matters. Actual streaming performance depends on Starlink’s own drive capability and your subscription, not the bracket.

How do you mount a Starlink dish on a Cybertruck for internet on the road?

You anchor it to one of the truck’s factory mounting systems with a purpose-built bracket, which is exactly what this mount does. The UP INVINCIBLE Starship Starlink Mount bolts into the Cybertruck’s L-Track or roof applique points and holds a Starlink dish securely enough to stay put while driving. That gives you high-speed internet for off-grid overlanding without a jury-rigged setup, and it pairs naturally with a full Expedition Package build.

Which Starlink dishes does this mount work with?

It’s compatible with Starlink Gen 2, Gen 3, and the Mini. The bracket accommodates the larger standard dish and the compact travel Mini alike. Keep in mind the mount includes the bracket and mounting hardware only; the extension pole shown in product photos is for reference and isn’t included.

Where can I mount it, and can I still close the tonneau?

It fits both the Cybertruck L-Track and roof applique locations. The L-Track mount can also be used at the roof applique points, which lets you keep the tonneau cover closed when you want a cleaner setup or need the bed covered. Running our HD Roof Rack Set gives you even more placement options up top. Mount it where it suits your trip and keep the truck tidy.

What is this mount actually made from?

It’s built from a blend of steel grades, with A36 doing most of the structural work for its strength and weldability alongside 1010 and 1008 in supporting areas. The steel ranges from gauge 10 (about 1/8 inch) down to gauge 16 (about 1/16 inch), with thicker material in load-bearing spots and thinner steel where weight isn’t needed. It’s a small part, but it’s built like the rest of the INVINCIBLE line.

Is this easy to install myself?

Yes, it’s one of the simpler additions since it bolts directly into existing factory mounting points with the included hardware, no drilling into the truck. Most owners handle it at home in a few minutes with basic hand tools. Snug the hardware and confirm the dish sits level, and you’re set for drive-ready use.

Does adding a Starlink mount affect my Tesla warranty?

Bolting an accessory to factory mounting points doesn’t automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under Magnuson-Moss, Tesla would have to prove this mount caused a specific failure to deny that claim rather than point to its presence. Since it uses existing attachment points and adds no permanent modification, it’s about as low-risk as accessories get. Keep the hardware if you ever remove it.

What does the Unplugged Performance product warranty cover?

Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.

This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.

To file a warranty claim, simply contact our service team. We’ll guide you through inspection, shipping (if needed), and repair or replacement logistics. transparencia and top-tier support are what you can expect from Unplugged.

Will installing Unplugged Performance parts void my Tesla warranty?

Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.

What are the shipping options and times?

Unplugged Performance processes orders quickly, typically within 1–2 business days after placement. For U.S. customers, orders under $50 usually ship via FedEx SmartPost with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days. Larger items like body kits or bumpers may ship via freight carriers with curbside delivery; customers will be contacted to schedule a delivery window.
