Tesla Cybertruck UP INVINCIBLE® Front & Rear Carbon Fiber Fender Flares V1
The UP INVINCIBLE® Wide V1 Fender Flares expand on Cybertruck’s design language to include even more polygon elements into the overall look while adding an aggressive look and functional stature for wider off-road wheels and tires. Made out of prepreg carbon fiber with a bulletproof-inspired Kevlar backing, these fender flares keep a stock-like design but add more Cyber-poly design elements while also increasing the width of the Cybertruck. With each side adding 20mm at the front and 45mm at the rear for a 90 mm increase in width to the Cybertruck. The low-poly cyber shaping redefines the look of the truck, especially when paired with UP Forged CYBRHEX wheels, UP-03 Beadlocks wheels or when using UP INVINCIBLE® 30mm or 50mm Wheel Spacers with stock factory Tesla Cyber wheels.
Prepreg carbon fiber for high-strength, lightweight badassery. Gloss or satin finished exterior shell – you pick- and backed with bulletproof-inspired kevlar on the inner construction, these fender flares ensure the perfect combination of lightweight efficiency and high-strength durability.
Increase width by up to 90mm. Each fender flare extends 20mm at the front and 45mm at the rear beyond the factory fender, for a total of 90mm across both sides. This equates to an increase of 3.5” of width, allowing for more coverage and protection when using wider, oversized, and more aggressive wheels and tires or applying our wheel spacers.
A wider fender means a wider stance. With an additional 45mm per side, you can now fit wider, lower-offset wheels and bigger tires. These fenders were designed to pair with our CYBRHEX forged wheels in 20”, 22”, or 24”, our 18” or 20” UP-03 Beadlock Wheels, and OEM Tesla wheel options with our 30mm and 50mm UP INVINCIBLE® Wheel Spacers. Improved track width can increase stability and allow for wider tires and lower-offset wheels.
The camera system remains fully functional. The UP INVINCIBLE® Fender Flares retain unobstructed Cybertruck cameras in their original positions, ensuring maximum visibility and full functionality of the inevitable full-self-driving (FSD).
Clean and clear charge port access. The right rear fender flare is designed to allow for smooth and unobstructed functionality of the factory charge port door for easy charging, requiring no extra steps or risk of nonoperation.
Full Bluetooth functionality. The Cybertruck uses Bluetooth sensors installed under the factory fender flares for things like proximity, tire pressure monitoring systems and more, and we’ve designed the UP INVINCIBLE® Carbon Fiber Wide Fender Flares to ensure they retain full capability in all use cases.
UP INVINCIBLE parts are engineered using advanced prepreg-autoclave technology with our proprietary dry-carbon-kevlar backing layer. This superior method, with resin integrated during production, delivers exceptional strength-to-weight performance compared to traditional wet-layup or vacuum infusion methods.

Wheel Fitment Info
Are these V1 flares finished, or do they need clear coat?
They ship with a base coat that displays the carbon weave, provided as a no-cost time-saver to prep the parts. That base coat is a foundation you can enhance with professional clear coating or paint protection film at a local shop. Plan on that step for long-term looks, since the base coat alone is meant as a starting point rather than the final surface.
How do the V1 flares differ from the V2 version?
The V1 flares deliver the up-to-90mm width with the low-poly cyber shaping described here, at their own price and finish options. UP also offers a V2 carbon fiber fender flare set as a separate design. If you’re choosing between them, compare the two product pages for the look and width that fit your wheel and tire plan, since both are prepreg carbon builds.
What are these fender flares made from?
They’re prepreg carbon fiber with a proprietary Kevlar backing on the inner construction. UP uses advanced prepreg-autoclave technology with resin integrated during production, which delivers a better strength-to-weight result than traditional wet-layup or vacuum infusion methods. The outer shell comes in your choice of gloss or satin base coat showing the carbon weave, backed by the Kevlar layer for durability.
Which Cybertruck trims do these V1 flares fit?
They fit the full Cybertruck lineup: the base Cybertruck, the Cyberbeast, the Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive, and the Premium Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive. The flares keep a stock-like design while adding the low-poly cyber shaping and the extra width. Since fitment spans every current trim, you don’t have to match a specific motor configuration to run this set.
What wheels and spacers are these flares sized for?
They’re perfectly sized for UP CYBRHEX wheels in 20-inch, 22-inch, or 24-inch, the 18-inch or 20-inch UP-03 Beadlock wheels, or OEM Tesla wheels running UP INVINCIBLE® 30mm or 50mm wheel spacers. The extra 45mm per side at the rear is what opens up room for those wider, lower-offset setups. If you’re staying on stock wheels, the 30mm and 50mm wheel spacers fill out the new width.
Do the flares interfere with the cameras, charge port, or FSD sensors?
No. The flares retain unobstructed Cybertruck cameras in their original positions for full visibility and future FSD. The right rear flare is shaped to allow smooth, unobstructed use of the factory charge port door, and the design preserves the Bluetooth sensors mounted under the factory fenders for proximity, tire pressure monitoring, and more. Full functionality across cameras, charging, and sensors is built in.
Why go carbon fiber instead of a cheaper flare material?
Prepreg carbon with Kevlar backing gives you the width and coverage while staying lightweight, which matters on an EV where mass costs range. The autoclave process with integrated resin produces a stronger, lighter part than wet-layup alternatives, and you get to pick a gloss or satin finish that shows the weave. It’s the combination of low weight and real durability that justifies carbon over a heavier molded flare.
How much wider do fender flares make a Cybertruck?
The UP INVINCIBLE® Carbon Fiber V1 Fender Flares add up to 90mm of total width, with each side gaining 20mm at the front and 45mm at the rear beyond the factory fender. That works out to 3.5 inches of added width across the truck. The extra coverage lets you run wider, lower-offset wheels and bigger tires, and the wider track can increase stability.
What warranty comes with the fender flares?
There’s a 5-year structural warranty on fitment and functionality for the original owner. The base coat finishes are provided as-is to prepare the parts for recommended clear coat or paint protection, so the structural coverage is separate from cosmetic outcomes. Warranty does not cover visual degradation or discoloration from UV or other damage on unprotected parts, which is why clear coating is recommended.
Can Unplugged install the fender flares, and do they need paint?
If you’re near Los Angeles, select the install option and our team quotes the fitment and books a slot at Hawthorne. Install pairs well with the wheel or spacer setup they’re sized for. On finish: since they arrive in base coat, budget for professional clear coat or PPF at your local automotive facility to protect the carbon before daily sun and road exposure.
What does the Unplugged Performance product warranty cover?
Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.
This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.
To file a warranty claim, simply contact our service team. We’ll guide you through inspection, shipping (if needed), and repair or replacement logistics. transparencia and top-tier support are what you can expect from Unplugged.
Will installing Unplugged Performance parts void my Tesla warranty?
Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.
What are the shipping options and times?
Unplugged Performance processes orders quickly, typically within 1–2 business days after placement. For U.S. customers, orders under $50 usually ship via FedEx SmartPost with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days. Larger items like body kits or bumpers may ship via freight carriers with curbside delivery; customers will be contacted to schedule a delivery window. International shipping is available to most countries, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times abroad vary, generally ranging from 5 to 16 business days depending on destination. Import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. To ensure a smooth shipping experience, provide accurate contact information during checkout. For specific questions or shipping quotes, Unplugged Performance’s support team is available to assist.
