The Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 is our go-to ultra-high-performance all-season for 20-inch Teslas, and this 255/45R20 is our recommended size on UP Forged 20×9 +33 and 20×9.5 +35 wheels. It gives sharp steering and strong wet and dry grip while adding usable light-snow traction, so one set covers heat, rain, and cold shoulder-season days without swapping to a dedicated summer tire.

A 20-inch summer setup like this usually trims a little range versus a taller, narrower touring tire, from added rolling resistance and the sportier compound. The effect is modest. If range is your first priority, a 19-inch tire or an all-season gives it back; if you want the 20-inch stance and sharper handling, this is a fair tradeoff for most daily drivers.

The UP-05 uses 6061-T6 forging to keep weight down while staying strong, and lighter wheels reduce rotating mass. That sharpens acceleration and steering response while helping efficiency compared with heavier cast wheels. If you already have tires and want just the rims, the UP-05 forged wheels set of four is offered on its own. Either way, you avoid the sluggish feel a heavy cast wheel adds.

Yes. Wheels and tires bought through us can be mounted, balanced, and aligned at our California service centers built for Tesla vehicles, including Hawthorne next to the Tesla Design Studio. After install we recommend a professional alignment set for your chosen tire width to optimize wear and turn-in. Both locations run by appointment, so book ahead rather than dropping in.

Both are forged 6061-T6 and fit every Model 3 trim, but they aim slightly differently. The UP-05 leans on its Sasha Selipanov Y-spoke design and 900 kg load rating. The 20-inch UP-03 package carries a more overt motorsport pedigree and a lighter 21 to 22 lb build. Pick the UP-05 for its design language, the UP-03 for its track-bred story.

Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.

This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.

Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.
