Q: What are the front compliance arms made of and how were they tested?

They are full OEM-spec replacement arms in high-quality cast aluminum, preloaded with aircraft-grade sealed spherical bushings in the key locations and quality rubber where it best controls noise. Sold on their own as the Front Lower Compliance Fore and Lateral Aft Arms, they were proven at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb in our Dark Helmet Model S race car, plus Nurburgring and daily street testing. The result is sharper steering, less deflection, and less correction on long drives.
