Inside Sales and Customer Service – Full Time (Hawthorne, CA)

Role:

• Consult with current and prospective clients
• Answer questions and provide guidance to help clients achieve their goals
• Book appointments and manage car drop-offs and pickups
• Process and manage orders with internal teams and systems
• Proactively update customers with information for their orders

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and desire to provide excellent customer service
• Strong automotive background (career or personal)
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and internet
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Valid CA Driver’s license with a clean record
