Support Specialist – Full Time (Hawthorne, CA)

Role:

  • Respond to inbound customer e-mails, calls, and social media / forum posts
  • Liaison with Sales, Shipping and Operations
  • Support customers with any installation or usage questions or concerns
  • Proactively update customers with information for their orders, or support concerns
  • Coordinate with technical team to resolve any warranty concerns
  • Ensure top notch customer experience
  • Work with engineering and product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve products

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for automotive technical details
  • Experience working on or with cars generally (no professional experience required)
  • MS office, Excel, and website familiarity
  • 50+ WPM typing speed
  • Willingness to work weekends
