Q: Can I just bolt these in, or is there more to a pad change?
There is more to it if you want the brakes to feel right. We recommend professional installation, a full brake fluid flush during the service, and a proper bedding procedure of controlled medium-to-firm stops with cooling between them. You will need a high-temperature fluid like Motul RBF 660 or Endless RF-650. If you would rather hand it off, our Hawthorne shop can do the pad service and bedding.
