Q: Does buying the HD Rear Bumper already include this receiver?
It does. The receiver comes included with the UP INVINCIBLE HD Rear Bumper package. This separate listing exists mainly so the component is documented and orderable on its own, for instance as a replacement. If you’re building from scratch, you’ll get the receiver as part of the bumper rather than needing to add it.
