Q: Do I need an alignment after installing lowering springs?

Yes, a four-wheel alignment is part of doing this correctly. Lowering the car changes the suspension geometry, so the shop uses the adjustable rear camber arms to bring rear camber back into a good range and sets toe for stable highway tracking and even tire wear. Skipping the alignment is how people end up with a lowered car that chews through tires. Budget for it as part of the install, not an optional extra.
