Veterans qualify, not just active-duty members. The UP Honors Program covers the full military community, not a narrower subset. Unplugged Performance describes eligibility as extending to “service members and veterans who want to build, protect, and personalize their Tesla,” language that’s explicitly inclusive of anyone who has already completed their service. The application process is the same either way: submit the request form with your contact information and Tesla model, and the sales team will follow up to confirm eligibility.
