Q: Does this arm provide any alignment adjustment?

No. The upper fore link is about strength and precise location while saving weight, not adjustable settings. If you want to change rear camber or toe, those come from the dedicated adjustable arms. Choose this piece to make the rear suspension feel tighter and more durable, and add the adjustable arms separately when alignment tuning is the goal.
