Q: How is the FUCA engineered to survive front-end loads?

It starts as a precision 3D scan of the car’s suspension, then the arm is CNC-milled from 6061 aluminum and FEA-simulation optimized for static and long-term fatigue loads, so strength lands where the loads actually are while weight comes off. The pivots run sealed spherical bushings for precise, silent, wear-resistant movement. We then abuse it on our own development cars harder than any customer will before it ships.
