Q: How much camber adjustment do these actually give?

They provide more than 3 degrees of additional camber adjustment over the non-adjustable factory arms, which is a wide range. For a street car that is plenty to pull the rear back toward neutral for even tire wear. For a track-focused setup it lets you deliberately add negative camber for more rear grip. The range covers both goals from the same part.
