Q: I own one. How do I care for it, and can I exchange it?
Care is simple: spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry, because machine washing and high heat will collapse the structured crown. Exchanges are off the table on two counts, since headwear is final sale for sanitary reasons and there is no replacement stock to exchange into. Since replacement stock does not exist, careful cleaning matters more than it would for a hat still in production.
