Q: Is the Dirt & Snow kit an actual lift kit or just a spacer?

It’s a true lift kit, not a spacer. A spacer just pushes the body up on the existing shock and gives you no extra wheel travel, which hurts ride quality off pavement. This kit is a full coilover: dedicated shocks and springs that raise the car up to 2 inches while adding travel, so the wheels can move farther before topping out. That difference is what lets a Model Y crawl a rough road instead of crashing over it.
