Q: What are dual rate lowering springs?

Springs with two distinct rates built into one coil. The initial rate is about 25 percent softer than factory, so normal commuting feels more supple than stock. Compress further under hard cornering or braking and a firmer secondary rate engages progressively, resisting body roll and keeping the tire loaded. You get comfort in daily use and control when pushing, without picking a single fixed compromise.
