Q: What are the FUCA arms made of?

Each arm is a monoblock of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum, CNC-machined and laser-etched with LH and RH markings, then finished in a corrosion-resistant Cerakote clear coat that shows off the metal. The design is asymmetrical and massively rigid around the ball joint, and it was FEA-simulation optimized for static, dynamic, and fatigue strength. The shape is sculpted in CAD to keep suspension travel and clearance at full compression, and the joint itself is a serviceable wear item with its own replacement ball joint down the road.
