They are CNC-milled from 6061 aluminum with sealed spherical bushings, and the design is FEA-optimized for static, dynamic, and fatigue strength. That gives a strong, lightweight arm that locates the wheel precisely and runs silently. It shares its build approach with the rest of our Model X rear arm lineup, all developed to survive hard use before public release.
