The covers use prepreg-autoclave construction with our proprietary dry-carbon-kevlar backing layer, with resin integrated during production. That method delivers a better strength-to-weight result than traditional wet-layup or vacuum infusion. It is the same carbon process we use across our premium exterior parts. You are getting genuine structural carbon fiber, not a printed film or a plastic cap with a carbon-look sticker.
