These are made from premium prepreg carbon fiber using advanced prepreg-autoclave manufacturing, with our proprietary dry-carbon-kevlar backing layer. Because the resin is integrated during production rather than added by hand afterward, the parts deliver a better strength-to-weight ratio than traditional wet-layup or vacuum-infusion methods. It is the same construction philosophy we use across our carbon aero line, chosen for parts that have to survive real airflow loads.
