Q: Will an aftermarket sway bar void my Model X warranty?

No, not by itself. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prevents Tesla from voiding coverage simply because you added a sway bar; they would need to prove it caused a specific failure. On top of that legal footing, we back these bars with a 200,000 mile warranty, non-transferable, because they are built to outlast the car. Keep your factory hardware and you can always revert.
