Q: Will this harness work with my stock Tesla seats?

No, and you should not try. A racing harness needs a seat with pass-through holes for the shoulder straps to route at the correct angle, and stock Tesla seats do not have them. Use it with a proper racing bucket seat such as our Alcantara bucket racing seat instead. The straps anchor by eye bolt, harness bar loop, or a clip to rear anchors, so plan the mounting points as part of the install.
