Q: Will this seat affect my Model S Plaid warranty?
Fitting an aftermarket seat does not automatically void your Tesla coverage. Because it uses an emulator to retain vehicle functionality and installs as a reversible bolt-in, it is built to keep the car’s electronics intact and let you return to stock. Under Magnuson-Moss, Tesla would need to show the seat caused a specific failure to deny a related claim, not simply cite the swap.
