ORIGINS
In early 2013 when we purchased our first Model S development vehicle we immediately saw the need for adjustable rear camber as the Model S’ suspension geometry tends to have excessive rear camber for street use. This combined with the vehicle’s heavy curb weight and expensive 21″ summer performance tires can lead to excessive and expensive tire wear.
We developed our Rear Camber Arms over the last 7 years testing many different variations across a wide variety of Model S and Model X variants to ensure durability.
WHY IT MATTERS – COMPLETE ADJUSTABILITY OF REAR CAMBER
Sick of having the inside of your rear tires wear out, while the outside looks almost brand new?
The Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X vehicles, especially those equipped with factory air suspension, have a lot of natural camber in the rear. Some of this can be dialed out by aligning the car on “very low,” but to achieve the most neutral camber and best tire longevity an adjustable rear arm is required.  Having adjustable rear camber allows improved tire longevity by correcting rear camber settings on street cars. These allow a return to factory rear camber alignment settings on lowered cars.
Are you a high-performance driver looking to maximize handling?
High performance-orientated drivers have the freedom to set the rear camber according to individual preferences, suspension choices, and tire and wheel choices for increased handling capabilities to maximize any particular car set up.
Replacing the factory arms which are non-adjustable, brings infinite possibilities and more than 3 degrees of additional camber adjustment.
Silent and Low Vibration
Our Camber Arms are designed to ensure no added noise or vibration for daily use.Â
Preset Every Time
Every camber arm is assembled in a jig that is preset the match the factory rear camber arm length. This simplifies installation by giving a factory camber baseline with every set.
Easy Adjustment
We took the position of the turnbuckle into consideration so that alignment shops will be to easily and quickly align your Model S or X.

THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY:Â ENGINEERING AND QUALITY YOU CAN SEE AND FEEL
CONSTRUCTION
Billet CNC machined Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum, with a rugged and corrosion-resistant Cerakote clear finish to showcase the billet construction.
BUILT TOUGH
When comparing to any other aftermarket arms, side by side, it is easy to notice that we’ve engineered a much beefier design.
We’re confident we’ve created the best Rear Camber Arm available, bar none, which is why we exceed the competition by offering our Unplugged Performance Model S Adjustable Rear Camber Arms with a 2-year warranty.

Will installing these make the car noisier?
No. UP designed the camber arms to add no extra noise or vibration for daily driving, so you get the alignment range without a harshness penalty. They are a bolt-in replacement for the factory arms rather than a compromise part. Owners run them on daily-driven cars specifically because they correct tire wear without changing how quiet the car feels.
Do I still need an alignment after fitting these?
Yes, and that is the point of them. Every arm is assembled in a jig preset to the factory rear camber length, so you start from a known baseline, but final camber is set on an alignment rack. UP also positioned the turnbuckle so alignment shops can adjust them quickly. Plan on an alignment right after install to lock in your target camber.
Camber arms or toe arms first for a Model S with worn rear tires?
Start with camber. On these cars the inner-edge wear is usually driven by excess rear camber, so the adjustable rear camber arm set is the first fix. Toe affects wear too, so a full correction can use both, and the billet adjustable rear toe arm set pairs naturally with these for complete rear alignment control. If you only buy one to chase inner wear, make it the camber arms.
What are these camber arms made of?
They are billet CNC-machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum with a rugged, corrosion-resistant Cerakote clear finish that shows off the machined surface. UP notes the design is noticeably beefier than other aftermarket arms when set side by side. The material and finish are chosen to survive years of road exposure while keeping the adjustment mechanism working smoothly.
How long has Unplugged Performance been making these?
UP saw the need for adjustable rear camber back in early 2013 with its first Model S development car, then spent about seven years testing variations across many Model S and Model X variants to prove durability. So this is not a new experiment; it is a long-refined part. That history is part of why they back it the way they do.
What warranty and price come with these?
UP backs the rear camber arms with a 2-year warranty, which they offer because they are confident it is the strongest arm of its type available. The set is currently $571.57, marked down from $695.00. Installing them will not automatically void your Tesla warranty either; under Magnuson-Moss, Tesla must prove the part caused a specific failure to deny a related claim, so keep your stock arms for a possible return to factory.
Will upgrading my brakes void the Tesla warranty?
Tesla’s warranty covers factory-installed parts, but it does not automatically void your warranty if you install aftermarket components like Unplugged Performance brake kits. Under U.S. law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act), Tesla must prove that an aftermarket part caused a failure in order to deny warranty coverage. Our parts are engineered to work harmoniously with Tesla OEM Brake systems and can be professionally installed by Unplugged Performance in Hawthorne, CA or by an authorized installer to minimize risk. That said, any damage directly caused by misuse or improper installation may not be covered. We recommend retaining all factory parts so you can revert to stock if needed. Many Tesla owners enjoy peace of mind by using Unplugged Performance products, which are extensively tested and installed by certified professionals. If warranty concerns are top-of-mind, our team can help clarify compatibility and installation best practices to ensure a worry-free experience.
What does the Unplugged Performance product warranty cover?
Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.
This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.
To file a warranty claim, simply contact our service team. We’ll guide you through inspection, shipping (if needed), and repair or replacement logistics. transparencia and top-tier support are what you can expect from Unplugged.
Will installing Unplugged Performance parts void my Tesla warranty?
Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.Â
