Specifications:
- Preset Setting – Prevents incorrect installation and provides consistent heights
- Two Fixed Settings – Lowered and OEM-like for easily returning back to a factory-like orientation, if needed
- Each factory height setting works as normal with each height being lower than before (think of it as every setting is one step lower, so Standard becomes Low, Low becomes Very Low and so on)
- Retains use of all 4 OEM suspension settings – Very High, High, Standard and Low
- Easy Installation – Brackets are completely plug-and-play, so installation only takes about 30 minutes
- Produced in 5000-series aluminum and anodized for corrosion-resistance
PLEASE NOTE: For use with Model S vehicles factory-equipped with air suspension only. To install on your Model S, you must have the 21″ wheel / tire calibration (if your vehicle was factory equipped with the 21″ Turbine wheels, this is by default). For vehicles that were originally equipped with wheels other than the factory 21″ Turbine option, the factory firmware can be recalibrated by a Tesla Service Center upon request. You are not required to utilize 21″ wheels with this product, but regardless of wheel / tire choice, the 21″ firmware calibration is required.
Compatible 2012-2020 Model S vehicles. Very early 2012/2013 cars may require some additional modification or adjustment for very early Model S air suspension variants we recommend installation at Unplugged Performance only.

So this review is based off of two things, product: how well it performed and customer service.
So with the pre-yoke model s and x, they’re known for their shutter issue and tire wear, so to fix this, I torn between the links from native or UP. So I decided to go with UP, I got the complete kit that came with the control arms. Installation was super quick. The lower bracket has pre drilled for each lowering setting, this is good for consistency, however if you want customization it’s a tad more work. Thankfully, UP was able to lower my car to the height of my liking. I chose UP because of their background and development in racing their teslas and it comes with 2 year warranty.
Now the customer service is by the far my favorite and may be the reason I will come back for future services. Blake and the team was so nice and updated me through out the whole process. They’re all tesla owners themselves so they get it.
Overall I would recommend this if you want to lower your car.
