This is the V2 design, refined for a wider, more aggressive stance while holding onto the stock-like Cybertruck lines. If you’re comparing against the earlier V1 carbon fiber fender flares, the V2 is the current version we build around our latest wheel and spacer fitments. For most new builds, V2 is the one to spec.

It’s doable for an experienced installer, but panel gaps and alignment reward patience, especially since you’ll likely clear coat or wrap the flares afterward. Budget time to test-fit before final torque so the carbon sits flush against the body. Doing it alongside your wheel or spacer fitment makes sense, since the whole reason for the flares is the wider setup underneath.

Spacers push the wheels outward, but without wider fenders the tire can sit proud of the bodywork and throw more spray. These flares add the coverage to match a wider track, so the setup looks integrated rather than poking out. Pair them with our spacers, or step up to the UP-03 Beadlock wheels they’re sized for, and the stance is both wider and finished.

Each flare adds 20mm at the front and 30mm at the rear beyond the factory fender, for a maximum width increase of 60mm, roughly 2.3 inches. That extra room lets you run wider, lower-offset wheels and bigger tires, and it widens the track for a more planted stance. The V2 keeps the factory Cybertruck styling while looking noticeably more aggressive.

You can keep the stock Cyberwheels: paired with our 30mm or 50mm wheel spacers, they line up to fill the extra width correctly. The flares are also designed around our forged Cybertruck wheels, fitting the UP Forged CYBRHEX wheels in 20, 22, or 24 inch, plus our 18 or 20 inch UP-03 Beadlock wheels.

Yes, they’re prepreg carbon fiber with a proprietary Kevlar backing layer on the inner construction. We build them with prepreg-autoclave technology, where the resin is integrated during production, which gives a better strength-to-weight result than wet-layup or vacuum infusion. So you get an exposed carbon shell that’s genuinely light, backed by Kevlar for durability. Two finishes are offered: Gloss and Satin base coat.

No. The flares keep the Cybertruck cameras in their original positions for full visibility and future FSD use. The Bluetooth sensors under the factory fenders, which handle things like proximity and tire pressure monitoring, stay fully functional. The right rear flare is shaped to leave the factory charge port door working normally, so charging takes no extra steps.

The Gloss and Satin options are base coat finishes that show the carbon weave and act as a foundation. They’re meant to be clear coated or covered with paint protection film at a local shop. Because they ship as base coat, warranty excludes cosmetic outcomes such as UV fading and rock chips. Structure and fitment carry a 5 year warranty for the original owner.

Installing aftermarket parts doesn’t automatically void a Tesla warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer can’t void coverage just because you added parts; they’d have to show the specific part caused the failure being claimed. So a bolt-on fender flare doesn’t erase your warranty. Keeping your factory pieces means you can return to stock if a situation ever calls for it.

Yes, the V2 kit covers front and rear flares for the Cybertruck, adding width at all four corners. That’s why the total is quoted as 60mm of added width per side across the set. It’s the complete look, not a single-axle piece, which keeps the proportions balanced once wider wheels go on.

Unplugged Performance offers a comprehensive warranty on all parts and installations performed by our certified technicians. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on items including lowering springs, coilovers, big brake kits, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, shocks, and more. Should any covered part fail under normal use or display premature wear, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost—assuming the component was installed by us or at one of our authorized partners.

This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.
