Constructed in autoclaved dry carbon fiber with extra layers for durability, this front diffuser is designed to reduce the amount of air flowing under the vehicle and smooth airflow around the front tires and does so very effectively.

This superior method, with resin integrated during production, delivers exceptional strength-to-weight performance compared to traditional wet-layup or vacuum infusion methods.

It is a no-drill job that reuses your original mounting hardware along with 3M tape, so it is one of the more approachable carbon installs. Clean the area, fit the pads you want, and mount it. What warranty covers this diffuser?
There is a 5 year structural warranty on fitment and functionality for the original owner, covering the part performing and fitting the car. Cosmetic outcomes on an unprotected base coat, like fading or rock chips, sit outside that coverage. It is built to accept professional clear coating and paint protection if you want to keep the surface pristine over years of use.
What does a front diffuser do on a Model S Plaid?
It manages the air under the front of the car. The Autobahn diffuser reduces how much air flows beneath the vehicle and smooths the flow around the front tires, which cuts front lift at high speed. Less front lift means the nose stays planted and steering stays trustworthy at speed. On a 200-mph-capable Plaid, that front-end stability is a safety item, not a styling one. It also comes paired with the rear spoiler in the full Model S aero package for balanced front-to-rear aero.
What are the Aero Pads and why would I change them?
