Q: What tools do I need to fit the 21-inch UP-05 at home?

Not much, since the tires come mounted and balanced on the wheels already. You need a way to lift the car safely, a breaker bar or impact to remove the factory lugs, and a torque wrench to set the new ones to Tesla’s specification. Seat the wheels squarely, torque in a star pattern, and re-check after a short drive. A local installer can do all of this if you would rather not.
