Q: Do these pads come with rotors, or just the friction material?
Just the pads. They restore the friction material for a kit you already own, so you order front, rear, or a full vehicle set depending on your service plan. While the pads are out, it is smart to inspect your rotors for thickness, surface condition, and runout, and to clean and lubricate the pad contact points before torquing everything back to spec.
