Q: Are the UP-05 wheels a bolt-on fit or do I need spacers?

Bolt-on. The ET35 offsets are chosen so the wheels sit correctly in the fenders and clear the factory brakes without spacers or fender work. The package ships mounted, balanced, and with TPMS installed, so the on-car step is simply torquing them to spec. That is the advantage of a wheel designed for the Model X rather than a universal fitment.
