The kit exists so the lip, canards, deflectors, and diffuser arrive as one engineered set that was simulated to work together, rather than four parts you assemble over months. Component-by-component buying works if you want to spread it out or already own the lip. If you want the full front end in one order and one install, the kit is the cleaner path.
