Q: Can I turn the UP-04 into a full wheel and tire package?

Yes. At checkout you can choose to make it a wheel and tire package, and a UP Tesla specialist will follow up to sort tires, TPMS, and mount and balance, with the final price set once those are chosen. That way the wheels arrive ready to bolt on rather than as bare rims. A common 20-inch Model S choice is the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 in 255/45ZR20, so mention your tire preference when the team reaches out.
