Q: Do I need an alignment after fitting the 19-inch package?

Usually not required when you keep the stock-style size and offset, which this package does. An alignment becomes worthwhile if you are also changing suspension or spot uneven tire wear. If you plan to add ride-height changes, look at a matched setup like the OEM+ Subtle Drop Fitment Kit and align afterward. Otherwise a quick check is plenty.
