Q: Do these fit a 2018 Model X?

Yes. This set covers the 2012-2020 Model S and Model X, so a 2018 Model X is in range. It does not fit the 2021 and newer Model S or Model X, which use revised rear suspension and need a different arm. Check your model year against the 2012-2020 window, and if you have air suspension these are especially worth it since those cars tend to run the most rear camber.
