Q: Does the square 21-inch setup allow tire rotation?
Yes. The square 21×10.5 ET35 layout puts the same size at all four corners, so you can rotate tires front to rear to even out wear. On a heavy, high-torque Plaid, rear tires otherwise wear quickly, so rotation meaningfully affects tire cost. The staggered 21×9.5 / 21×10.5 gives a wider stance instead but locks the rears in place, which shortens their life.
