Q: How involved is fitting wheel spacers?
It is a straightforward job for a competent shop: the wheel comes off, the spacer bolts to the hub, and the wheel mounts to the spacer’s studs, all torqued to spec. The two things that matter are correct torque and a clean hub face, so the spacer seats flat with no debris behind it. Done right, they run for years without attention. Re-check the torque after your first drive.
